At BIRDI, we like to do things a little differently than the big chains. We hand grind our own fresh USDA certified angus beef, we handcut and carefully season our french fries. Our wings are juicy and our boneless wings are cut into large, lightly breaded chunks, served with 7 different sauce choices. We also have grand sandwich, salad and GF options for those that want or need gluten free.
